Increased Revolving Commitment has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20.

  • In the case of any extension of credit made on an Increased Revolving Commitment Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received such customary documents and information as it may reasonably request.

  • The effective date of this Increased Revolving Commitment Activation Notice shall be the increased revolving commitment closing date set forth Schedule 1 hereto (the “Increased Revolving Commitment Closing Date”).

  • The Borrower hereby offers to each Lender under the Credit Agreement, pursuant to Section 2.01(c)(i) of the Credit Agreement, such Lender’s pro rata share of the Increased Revolving Commitment.

  • The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Incremental Lender an upfront fee in an amount equal to 0.625% of the amount of the Increased Revolving Commitment provided by the Incremental Lender on the Incremental Commitment Effective Date.

  • Incremental Revolving Credit Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
