Increase Multiplier definition

Increase Multiplier means a fraction: THE NUMERATOR: The Consumer Price Index, as herein defined, published for the month which is three (3) months prior to the month in which the Increase Multiplier is being calculated.

Examples of Increase Multiplier in a sentence

  • On each anniversary of the Commencement Date, the Base Rental shall be increased to an amount equal to the product of: (i) the amount of Base Rental for the previous calendar year (or portion thereof adjusted to reflect an annual rental) multiplied by (ii) the Increase Multiplier.

  • Severance Multiplier means, with respect to any termination of Employee’s employment hereunder by the Company without Cause or by Employee with Good Reason, 1; provided, however, that in the event such termination occurs within the two (2) year period following a Change in Control, the Severance Multiplier shall instead equal 2.

  • Multiplier means the Multiplier specified in the Table.
