INCOTERMS 2014 definition
INCOTERMS 2014 means International Commercial Terms as published by ICC from time to time, the latest being the one published in 2014AD. All commercial terms such as Ex- works/FOB/FCA/CIF/CIP, etc. shall be governed by INCOTERMS 2014 publication of the ICC.
