InCon definition

InCon has the meaning set forth in the opening paragraph of this Agreement.
InCon means Incon Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
InCon means the pre-defined international commercial terms for purposes of defining the delivery and/or collection of the Product, as made available during the Services .
