INCOMPLETE PROJECT definition

INCOMPLETE PROJECT means the projects listed in Annex 7 of this Contract.
INCOMPLETE PROJECT means, on the Closing Date, any Project which has not yet been Placed in Service and is reasonably expected by Seller to be Placed in Service within 6 months of the Closing Date.

Related to INCOMPLETE PROJECT

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
