Incompatible Configuration definition
Incompatible Configuration means the integration and use of the products by the Licensee in relation to the Licensee’s other computer and office systems and in a manner, as determined by MOBETIZE, that deviated from MOBETIZE’s Required Configuration and which may cause malfunctions or difficulties in the operation of the Products.
