INCM definition

INCM or "Instituto Nacional da Comunicações de Moçambique" means the Borrower’s communication sector regulatory agency created by Decree No. 22/92 of September 10, 1992;
INCM means Instituto Nacional de Comunicações de Moçambique, the Recipient’s National Institute of Communications, the Recipient’s agency responsible for regulation of communications, or any successors thereto.

  • Without limitation upon the provisions of Parts A.1 and A.2 of this Section, the Recipient shall ensure that MTC, INCM and UTICT are maintained at all times during the implementation of the Project with functions, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association, for the purpose of ensuring the prompt and efficient specialized support to MCT.

  • The Contractor undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of all the information it receives from INCM by means, or in the execution, of the contract, or that has the purpose stipulated in point 3 of this clause, where such information is flagged as protected or confidential or with some other expression of a similar meaning.

  • Insight as used in this clause, means technical visibility into the Program, maintained through audit, surveillance, assessment of trends and metrics, software independent verification and validation, the flight readiness review process, and review or independent assessment of out-of-family anomalies occurring in any phase of the program.

  • Asset Management is a principle/practice that includes planning processes, approaches, plans, or related documents that support an integrated lifecycle approach to the effective stewardship of infrastructure assets to maximize benefits and effectively manage risk.

  • CSC means the Civil Service Commission of the City and County of San Francisco.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • LLC means Limited Liability Company.
