The Results shall become the exclusive property of Purchaser as and when they are created or developed.

  • Related Business means any business that is related, ancillary or complementary to the businesses of the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries on the Issue Date.

  • Sustained means - maintained continuously over a period of at least two school years. They will be able to demonstrate that their teaching expertise has grown over the relevant period and is consistently at least good.

  • Mark-to-market means the valuation of positions at readily available close out prices that are sourced independently, including exchange prices, screen prices or quotes from several independent reputable brokers. When using mark-to-market, the assets of the Money Market Funds shall be valued at the more prudent side of bid and offer unless the assets can be closed out at mid- market.

  • Reasonable and Customary Charges means the charges for services or supplies, which are the standard charges for the specific provider and consistent with the prevailing charges in the geographical area for identical or similar services, taking into account the nature of the illness / injury involved.

  • Subsequent Recovery Any amount recovered by a Servicer or the Master Servicer with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan with respect to which a Realized Loss was incurred after the liquidation or disposition of such Mortgage Loan.
