Declination has the meaning set forth in Section 8.6.D hereof.
Peak where applicable, has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 5;
Elevation means the vertical distance of a point or a level, on or affixed to the surface of the earth, measured from mean sea level;
Commercial Operation means the Conditions of Operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by TSECL to be available for continuous operation at different loads upto and including rated capacity. Such declaration by TSECL, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.
Working voltage means the highest value of an electrical circuit voltage root-mean-square (rms), specified by the manufacturer, which may occur between any conductive parts in open circuit conditions or under normal operating conditions. If the electrical circuit is divided by galvanic isolation, the working voltage is defined for each divided circuit, respectively.
