Incidentals Allowance. An incidentals allowance of $10.22 per 24 hour period or part is payable for incidental expenses not otherwise recoverable. The period of payment is calculated from the time of departure from the University or from the employee’s residence whichever is the earliest to the time of return to the University or employee’s residence whichever is the earlier.
