Incidental Information means all or any information concerning a part or Portions of any Assigned Product Copyrights (software and/or hardware), system, service, information, documentation, mask, or intellectual property that was not originally conceived, developed, or reduced to practice as part of the Assigned Product Copyrights developed by one or more Employees, but was integrated with the Assigned Product Copyright as of the Effective Date.
