Incident Summary. This report returns a list of incidents, involved parties and violations for each.

Examples of Incident Summary in a sentence

  • A completed Search and Rescue Incident Summary Form (currently Version 7) for the mission.

  • Executive Summary of Incident Summary of incident for root cause analysis; see RCA and Problem Management.

  • The Vendor/Issue wise Incident Summary Report to be obtained from IMS Helpdesk on Weekly basis or Adhoc basis in case of Critical Incident / Review Meeting and the same has to be reverted with Status update against each Incident.
