Incident Response Services definition

Incident Response Services means the incident response services as described in the Statement of Works; “Initial Term” has the meaning ascribed to it in clause 3.1;
Incident Response Services means the services PQS agrees to provide to Probex described on Exhibit 3.
Incident Response Services is a collective term used to refer to the Customer Communication Services and Identity Protection Services, as defined below;

  • This Incident Response Services Agreement incorporates by reference (i) Avanan's Terms of Service (“TOS”), at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/avanan-terms-of-service, and (ii) Avanan's Privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), at: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇, which both constitute an integral part of this Incident Response Services Agreement.

  • Without derogating from the provisions of the TOS and Privacy Policy, the termination of this Incident Response Services Agreement, by either party, will not be considered as termination of the TOS or any Order thereof.

  • In the event of a contradiction between this Incident Response Services Agreement and the TOS and/or Privacy Policy, this Incident Response Services Agreement shall prevail and govern.

Incident Response Services means services provided by Stasmayer to assist Client with responding to and/or remediating a cyber-security incident suffered or caused by Client.
