If an employee or crew is terminated, quits, or otherwise is released from the incident for any reason, the Contractor is responsible for returning the employee(s) to the point of hire with a departure time from the Incident Command Post (ICP) no later than 12 hours or time specified by a government official following such decision.
On-Shift time does not include travel between lodging locations and the Incident Command Post (ICP) unless directed by the State.

For most incidents the Incident Command Post (ICP) will be in the same location as the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
If it becomes necessary to have an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) separate from the Incident Command Post (ICP) the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) will be set up in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ University-Hawaii (BYUH) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Activity Center (CAC) Band Room or other facility as decided necessary.
Incident personnel will be lodged at the nearest available facility(s) but no more than one- hour travel from the Incident Command Post (ICP) or assigned location on the incident.
