Inception Meeting definition

Inception Meeting means the meeting to be held between the (PEB) and the Consultant following the start of the project and the meetings in advance of each tranche work as outlined in the Submission Document.
Inception Meeting means the first meeting between Power to Change and the Service Provider in relation to the Services as set out in "Inception and Delivery Plan" within the annexure to Schedule A ; Intellectual Property Rights means all intellectual property rights whether or not such rights are capable of registration including trademarks, designs, patents, copyright (and any applications for such); Invitation to Tender means Power to Change’s invitation to the tender for the Services, the details of which Key Personnel means the persons detailed in Item 6 of Schedule A; Materials means all materials created by the Service Provider, its personnel or sub• contractors (including any material created jointly with Power to Change) relating to or in performing the Services and includes software, data, reports, case studies, schedules, drawings, specifications, designs, inventions or other material; Mediator has the meaning given in Clause G1.4.1;

  • This framework seeks to appropriately resource these discussions and should improve and speed up the pre-application advice process by committing both parties to an agreed timetable containing “milestones” (as scoped at the Inception Meeting) that make clear what level of resources and actions are required, ensuring all key planning issues are properly considered through Topic Meetings and, wherever possible, resolved.

  • You further agree to provide the Company and where necessary, the Service Provider, with all information (including personal information) as may be reasonably required to administer your Award, this Agreement and the Plan and you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of all such information by and between yourself, the Company, your employer (if you are employed by an Affiliate) and/or any Service Provider, as applicable.

  • In the event that this opportunity is not taken up (i.e. an application is subsequently submitted without engagement through the Inception Meeting process and a subsequent PPA is not activated), it will be handled as a routine application within the existing workload of the team, without dedicated resource or priority, regardless of its particular nature.

  • The Service Provider will submit detailed targeted engagement proposals in the final Delivery Plan to be submitted to the Fund for approval following the Inception Meeting.

  • C6.2 The Service Provider will provide a Final Report to ▇▇▇▇ on or before the date agreed at the Inception Meeting and scheduled to this Contract.

  • In determining this, the criteria contained at Paragraph 3.3 is applicable; Arrange a convenient date, time and venue for all Inception Meeting participants and invite essential stakeholders; Arrange for the meeting to be minuted.

  • C6.1 The Service Provider shall provide a Progress Report to ▇▇▇▇ on the dates agreed at the Inception Meeting and scheduled to this Contract, or at any time as DANI may require.

  • C5.2 DANI will provide the Service Provider any assistance specified and agreed at the Inception Meeting and scheduled to this Contract.
