Incentive Pay Plan definition

Incentive Pay Plan means any plan, program, agreement or arrangement (excluding employee stock options, restricted stock or other rights the value of which is determined solely by reference to the value of the Company’s common stock).
Incentive Pay Plan means the incentive pay plan to be established by Clearwater pursuant to Sections 2.2 and 6.1 that corresponds to the Potlatch Incentive Pay Plan.
Incentive Pay Plan when immediately preceded by “Potlatch,” means either the Potlatch Corporation Management Performance Award Plan II or the Potlatch Corporation Annual Incentive Plan, whichever is in effect as of the Distribution Date. When immediately preceded by “Clearwater,” “Incentive Pay Plan” means the incentive pay plan to be established by Clearwater pursuant to Sections 2.2 and 6.1 that corresponds to the Potlatch Incentive Pay Plan.

  • The Employer reserves the right to create an Incentive Pay Plan (“IPP”) to incentivize employees to pick up extra shifts due to position vacancies, high census, leaves of absence, or other emergent needs.

  • Compensation Plan means any program, plan or similar arrangement (other than employment contracts for a single individual) relating generally to compensation, pension, employment or similar arrangements with respect to which any Company, any Affiliate of any Company or any ERISA Affiliate of any of them has any obligation or liability, contingent or otherwise, under any Requirement of Law other than that of the United States.

  • Bonus Plan means the Company’s management incentive plan or such other annual bonus plan in existence at the applicable time.
