Incentive Deferrals definition

Incentive Deferrals means deferrals from Incentive Compensation, as described in Section 4.1(b).
Incentive Deferrals means Elective Contributions and After-Tax Contributions that are made from a Management Member’s Incentive Payment and that do not exceed 6% of such Incentive Payment.

Examples of Incentive Deferrals in a sentence

  • A Participation Agreement must be filed prior to the December 31st immediately preceding the Plan Year for which it is effective for Base Salary Deferrals and for Incentive Deferrals.
