Section 2 Mentor teachers will choose between being paid an annual stipend of one (1%) percent of the BA Base for each mentee teacher assigned to them for the school year (prorated for less than a full school year) or the mentor teacher will be allowed two (2) Mentor Incentive Days for each assigned mentee teacher each school year (not to exceed four days per year).
