Inbound IP License definition

Inbound IP License has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(b).
Inbound IP License means any Contract pursuant to which any Seller is granted any license, covenant not to ▇▇▇ or other rights to use any (i) Intellectual Property or (ii) data (including personal data and personally identifiable information); provided, however, that the term “Inbound IP License” shall not include any Outbound IP License.
