Inbound Freight definition

Inbound Freight means the cost of freight shipping and any standard or general tariff and applicable fees for the BOM Sourced Content, but does not include the Section 301 (Trade Act of 1974) Trade Remedies to be Assessed on Certain Products from China import penalty tariff. The Inbound Freight value is calculated by multiplying the Supplier BOM Sourced Content value by [****]%.

Related to Inbound Freight

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
