As part of its obligations set forth in Sections 4.01 and 4.02 of this Agreement, the Borrower, through INAFED, shall enhance INAFED’s existing financial management system, within no less than six months after the Effective Date, in a manner satisfactory to the Bank.
The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through INAFED (with the assistance of NAFIN and Project States) with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, environmental and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.
