Inadequate Record definition

Inadequate Record means a record that is substantially incomplete or unreliable on a point material to an Eligible Claim. For greater certainty, the adequacy of the record is to be determined on the basis of the record itself, and without reference to any inconsistency that may arise between the record and the Claim Form and Consent. A determination of whether a record is an Inadequate Record is not to be based on the credibility of the Claimant.
