Inactive Products definition

Inactive Products means the Products Lodrane D Suspension, Anaplex, Pneumotussin, Panalgesic and Nasatab, which are currently not in Inventory and currently not marketed. “Active Products” means (i) the Products Dexpak 6 Day, Dexpak 10 Day, Dexpak 13 Day, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, (▇▇) any product that is sold, marketed or distributed by Purchaser following the Closing Date using a trade or brand name listed in clause (i), (iii) any product that is sold, marketed or distributed by Purchaser following the Closing Date using the existing formulation of a Product listed in clause (i) or a formulation having the same active ingredients, dosage form and release rate as a Product listed in clause (i) and (iv) any product that is sold, marketed or distributed by Purchaser following the Closing Date using the same active ingredients, dosage form and release rate as an Inactive Product.

Examples of Inactive Products in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything in Sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 to the contrary, Licensed Components that are Robust Inactive Products may be furnished by Adopter to persons other than Fellow Adopters or Authorized Resellers.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the requirements of this Section 5.2 shall not apply with respect to individual units of Robust Licensed Components, Robust Inactive Products or Licensed Products that have been shipped by Adopter prior to the effective date of such amendment (i.e. the date upon which Adopter must comply with such amendment).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the requirements of this Section 4.1 shall not apply with respect to Licensed Components, Robust Inactive Products or Licensed Products that have been shipped as of the effective date of such amendment.

  • Licensed Products, Robust Licensed Components and Robust Inactive Products may be distributed in any commercially reasonable manner.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, new Licensed Components, Licensed Products (including Licensed Content Products), or Robust Inactive Products, the first unit of which is Produced after the Effective Date, shall not constitute Interim Models and shall not be eligible for such delayed implementation.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, such eight year limitation shall not apply in the case of an individual instance of a Licensed Components, Robust Inactive Products or Licensed Product that Adopter reasonably concludes is being reinstalled on the same hardware device on which it was previously first activated before the end of the eight year period, but shall apply in the case of such individual instance being installed on a different hardware device after the end of the eight year period.

  • Content Participant hereby acknowledges that AACS LA and the Licensors license the AACS Technology to Adopters, Fellow Content Participants and Content Providers and in such capacity, do not have any contact with the end user or consumer of Licensed Products, Licensed Content Products, Licensed Components or Robust Inactive Products.

Related to Inactive Products

  • Excluded Products means the part(s) of the Products specified as such in the Lot Information and Conditions;

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products that exist prior to the commencement of work under the contract. Existing Products must be identified on the Product prior to commencement of work or else will be presumed to be Custom Products.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.
