Inactive docket definition

Inactive docket means an annexation petition or resolution or incorporation or consolidation petition that must wait in line because of an earlier filed petition describing the same area in part or whole or a petition blocked by legal action.

  • Collective dose means the sum of the individual doses received in a given period of time by a specified population from exposure to a specified source of radiation.

  • Inactive license means a license that has expired because it was not renewed by the end of the grace period. The category of “inactive license” may include licenses formerly known as lapsed, inactive, delinquent, closed, or retired.

  • Active duty means full-time duty status in the active, uniformed services of the United States, including without limitation members of The National Guard and Reserve on active duty orders under 10 U.S.C. §§ 1209 and 1210.
