Inactive Device definition
Inactive Device a Device that is registered, but switched “Inactive”, on the Portal.
Inactive Device a Device that is powered-up, connected to the internet, registered and managed by a Portal via the internet but not functional, while sending its status information in regular intervals to the Portal.
Inactive Device is a Managed Device that is in an inactive state for thirty (30) days or more. MOBICHORD may continuously count Managed Devices for which Customer uses the Services. If the number of Managed Devices for which Customer uses the Services exceeds the number of Authorized Managed Devices MOBICHORD may provide a quote for Service Fees for Service Fees for excess Managed Devices.
