Inactive Customer definition

Inactive Customer shall have the meaning set forth at Section 4.2.2.
Inactive Customer means a customer who has not placed a Transaction for a year or more.
Inactive Customer means any inactive customer of the Business that is no longer actively purchasing from a Seller but has an outstanding accounts receivable balance with such Seller (as determined as of the date of this Agreement), each as set forth on Schedule 1.1(a), as may be updated from time to time by Purchaser.

  • Unused SIPhony credit balance in an Inactive Customer Account will expire and is not refundable.

  • Customer Account with no active subscription and no active usage of the SIPhony Services over 180 days is considered an Inactive Customer Account.

Inactive Customer means a Current Customer that has not been a licensee of any Product for no less than six (6) consecutive months following the Closing. For the avoidance of doubt, the Kronos Workforce Ready® solution is sold as three brands – Saashr, Workforce Ready, and Workforce Dimensions - and references herein to the Kronos Workforce Ready® solution shall include reference to such brands.
