Inactive Customer definition

Inactive Customer shall have the meaning set forth at Section 4.2.2.
Inactive Customer means any inactive customer of the Business that is no longer actively purchasing from a Seller but has an outstanding accounts receivable balance with such Seller (as determined as of the date of this Agreement), each as set forth on S chedule 1.1(a), as may be updated from time to time by Purchaser.

  • Inactive business operations means the mere continued holding or renewal of rights to property previously operated for the purpose of generating revenues but not presently deployed for such purpose.
