Inactivation date means the date that the Cash-Bonding Agent or a Professional Cash-Bail Agent license was cancelled, surrendered, revoked other otherwise inactivated.

  • Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.

  • Revolving Facility Termination Date means the earlier of (i) August 9, 2018, or (ii) the date that the Commitments have been terminated pursuant to Section 8.02.
