In Tandem definition
In Tandem means that two Incentives are related to each other such that the number of shares subject to the first Incentive is reduced by the number of shares for which the second Incentive is exercised, and the number of shares subject to the second Incentive is reduced by the number of shares for which the first Incentive is exercised.
In Tandem means that two Stock Options are related to each other such that, the number of shares subject to the first Stock Option is reduced by the number of shares for which the second Stock Option is exercised, and the number of shares subject to the second Stock Option is reduced by the number of shares for which the first Stock Option is exercised. As provided in Section 5.02 hereof, no Stock Options hereunder shall be issued In Tandem.
