In-Flight Projects definition

In-Flight Projects means those projects identified as such in the Annex D-1 to Schedule 2, Exhibit D;
In-Flight Projects shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

Examples of In-Flight Projects in a sentence

  • Company shall pay Lilly a proportionate share of the Costs incurred by the Lilly Group in implementing the In-Flight Projects, as set forth in Exhibit D (the “In-Flight Project Costs”) in accordance with Section 5.1.

More Definitions of In-Flight Projects

In-Flight Projects means projects already in progress by Client that are listed in a Schedule to the applicable Service Agreement.
In-Flight Projects means all projects contained within Appendix E to Schedule A (Customized Product Functionality, Implementation and Conversion Roles & Responsibilities) and Annex D to Schedule D (Charges).
In-Flight Projects shall have the meaning in Schedule A-1 to Exhibit A to the applicable Country Agreement.
In-Flight Projects means the Projects set forth in Schedule A-1.
