Company shall pay Lilly a proportionate share of the Costs incurred by the Lilly Group in implementing the In-Flight Projects, as set forth in Exhibit D (the “In-Flight Project Costs”) in accordance with Section 5.1.
The Service Recipient shall pay a proportionate share of the actual costs associated with any relevant In-Flight Project, which, in each case, shall be calculated using the same methodology as has been used to estimate the budgeted cost for the Service Recipient of that In-Flight Project set out in Schedule 6 (In-Flight Projects).
