In-Date definition
In-Date means the period prior to the Out-of-Date period.
In-Date means the date specified in the Step-in Notice as the date for assumption of the obligations of the Principal under the Management Contract;
In-Date means the date of your DBS must be no earlier than three years previous to the date of your application. If your DBS goes beyond this three-year cut-off, we consider it out of date. OACP can process a new check for you at cost price – please ask for more details. Your Support with Confidence profile on the Portal is dependent on your DBS date. If you fail to keep your DBS check up to date, your profile will automatically pause from public view.
