In-class course definition

In-class course means an academic course for graduate credit where the student attends a prearranged schedule of classes lead by an instructor at a physical location.

  • Class Coupon The Class Coupon on each Class of Notes for any Accrual Period will be as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.

  • Unimpaired Class means an unimpaired Class within the meaning of section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Released Class Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 5.2 below.
