The Declaration of Trust provides IMST with the statutory trust power necessary for it to own its properties and assets and conduct its business as described in the Registration Statement.
Without limiting the foregoing, IMST and the Acquired Funds will assist the Acquiring Funds in obtaining such information as the Acquiring Funds reasonably request concerning the beneficial ownership of Acquired Fund shares.
