IMSM Services means (i) the management of servers and other related hardware on which software applications shall be installed for access and use by Customer, whether such hardware is provided by Koverse or a third party such as Amazon Web Services, Inc. Examples of IMSM Services in a sentence

  • Customer may not use the Service or IMSM Services in a way that would subject Koverse to those industry-specific regulations (such as HIPAA) without obtaining Koverse’s prior written agreement.
