IMS Policy definition
IMS Policy means the overall intentions and direction of Project Co related to quality, environment and health and safety applicable to Project Co and all Project Co Parties involved in performing the Works and OM&R Work which are to be formally expressed and recorded in the IMS Manual in accordance with this Schedule 14, provided that, alternatively, each Management Plan may have its own IMS Policy which is directly related to applicable IMS objectives expressed or recorded in the IMS Manual.
