IMRF Employees definition

IMRF Employees. Any Class 1 Employee who has accumulated ninety (90) days of sick leave at the end of the preceding year will subsequently be granted fifteen (15) days per year instead of thirteen (13) in the following years. Any Class 1 Employee who has accumulated one hundred eighty (180) days of sick leave at the end of the preceding year will be subsequently granted sixteen (16) days instead of fifteen (15) in the following years. Any Class 2 Employee who has accumulated ninety (90) days of sick leave at the end of the preceding year will be subsequently granted sixteen (16) days per year instead of fourteen (14) in the following years. Examples of IMRF Employees in a sentence

  • All IMRF Employees opting to take this early retirement incentive must deliver an irrevocable written notice to the Superintendent by February 1st of the year when first expected to be eligible.

  • In the event of a life changing event, IMRF Employees may request that the superintendent rescind their resignation if done so by April 1st of the final year of employment.

  • The District 99 IMRF Early Retirement Incentive will be available to IMRF Employees who are at least 55 years old and have fifteen (15) years of creditable IMRF service in District 99 at the time of retirement.
