Improvement Charges definition

Improvement Charges have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.1(c)(ii).
Improvement Charges means the charges for improvements detailed in the Landlords Offer notice and the charges calculated in accordance with Clause 7.00 hereof.

Examples of Improvement Charges in a sentence

  • The refund calculation applies only to Capital Improvement Charges for unconnected units at the time of termination.

  • In the event of termination by the Customer or FPUA, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of an amount equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the Capital Improvement Charges that were paid at the time of execution of this Agreement, without interest, minus an amount equivalent to five years Guaranteed Revenue Charges.
