Improved Rent definition

Improved Rent means $____ per rentable square foot per annum, on a triple net basis. Such Base Rent shall be adjusted annually as provided in Section 4 hereof, and shall further be adjusted for any portion of the Additional Tenant Improvement Allowance elected to be used by Tenant at any time during the Term.

Examples of Improved Rent in a sentence

  • Commencing on the earlier of (A) the date of substantial completion of the improvements to the Additional Laboratory Premises or (B) June 1, 2006, Tenant shall pay Base Rent on the Additional Laboratory Premises at the rate of Improved Rent.
