Imprinted definition

Imprinted means printed upon a Ticket by the Computer Linked Terminal;
Imprinted means a bird that is hand-raised, from two (2) weeks of age until it has fledged, and has identified itself with humans rather than its own species. An imprinted bird is considered to be so for its entire lifetime.
Imprinted means to come to recognize another animal, person, or thing as a parent or other trusted being, contrary to the way a wild animal of the same species in the wild would view the other animal, person, or thing.

  • OID Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(3) hereof to be placed on all Notes issued under this Indenture that have more than a de minimis amount of original issue discount for U.S. Federal income tax purposes.

  • Vapor-mounted seal means a primary seal mounted so there is an annular vapor space underneath the seal. The annular vapor space is bounded by the bottom of the primary seal, the tank wall, the liquid surface and the floating roof.

  • Restricted Securities Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.3(e)(i) herein.

  • Securities Act Legend means a Restricted Securities Legend or a Regulation S Legend.

  • Definitive Securities means Bearer Securities in definitive form and includes any replacement ETP Security issued pursuant to these Conditions.

  • Restricted Stock Legend means, with respect to any Conversion Share, a legend substantially to the effect that the offer and sale of such Conversion Share have not been registered under the Securities Act and that such Conversion Share cannot be sold or otherwise transferred except pursuant to a transaction that is registered under the Securities Act or that is exempt from, or not subject to, the registration requirements of the Securities Act.
