Imposts definition

Imposts means Governmental Agency imposts including but not limited to statutory charges, levies, rates, duties, and taxes (including but not limited to GST);
Imposts has the meaning given to it in clause 13;
Imposts means customs duties, duties, fees, excise taxes, taxes (other than Taxes), levies, provincial ▇▇▇▇-ups, environmental charges or fees levied or imposed by any Governmental Authority, container fees, government distribution fees and similar items;

Examples of Imposts in a sentence

  • If any Impost relates to a period during the Term of a Lease Schedule such Impost shall continue, notwithstanding the expiration or termination of the Lease or the Lease Schedule, until all such Imposts are paid in full by Lessee.

  • Lessee shall reimburse Lessor promptly upon demand for the amount of any Imposts remitted by Lessor which are required hereunder to be borne by Lessee.
