Imported Materials, equipment and supplies at the manufacturer's or suppliers' net invoice price (after all trade and cash discounts), reasonable fees or costs paid to third parties for purchasing and shipping, insurance costs, transportation costs to shipping point, crating and handling costs, transpor- tation costs to point of entry, customs and like importation costs, any applicable duties or taxes, handling from shipside to customs warehouse and trans- portation and handling from customs warehouse.
