Import value definition

Import value means the value of goods specified in the Schedule as ascertained from the original invoice and includes the charges paid or payable for insurance, excise duty, freight charges and all other charges incidentally levied on the purchase of such goods:
Import value means the value ascertained as per Section 25 and 25A of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969);

Related to Import value

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a ST Valuation Date, the RI Value for the Reference Item(s) with the lowest or equal lowest RI Value for any Reference Item in the Basket in respect of such ST Valuation Date.

  • SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.

  • Net Value has the meaning set forth in Section 1.68(a)(ii).

  • Index Start Value means 1,000 index points and represents the Index Closing Value on Index Calculation Day T=0 for the purposes of calculating the index in accordance with C).
