Import Supplier definition

Import Supplier means, for a Smart Metering System or a Device and any period of or point in time:

Import Supplier means, for a Smart Metering System or a Device and any period of or point in time: (a) the Supplier Party Registered during that period of or at that point in time in respect of the Import MPAN relating to that Smart Metering System or Device; or (b) where there is no related Import MPAN for that Smart Metering System or Device, the Supplier Party Registered during that period of or at that point in time in respect of the Export MPAN relating to that Smart Metering System or Device.

Examples of Import Supplier in a sentence

  • For example, an Import Supplier with 100 electricity Smart Metering Systems in Non-Domestic Premises in the South Region will pay a different Fixed CH Charge to an Import Supplier with 100 electricity Smart Metering Systems in Non- Domestic Premises in the North Region.

  • Within Migration DUST, a Testing Participant in the User Role of Import Supplier or Gas Supplier may only submit the relevant Service Requests to Commission Devices (other than CHFs) (as prescribed in clause 6.6 of the TMAD) where that Testing Participant has successfully completed the applicable Eligibility Tests for the relevant Service Requests.

  • For example, an Import Supplier with 200 electricity Smart Metering Systems in a Domestic Premises in the South Region will pay the same Fixed CH Charge as an Import Supplier with 200 electricity Smart Metering Systems in a Domestic Premises in the North Region.

  • DCC User means a User in the User Role of Import Supplier (where 'User', 'User Role' and 'Import Supplier' all have the meanings given to them from time to time in the Smart Energy Code).

  • Only a Party that has completed User Entry Process Tests or tests equivalent to User Entry Process Tests (pursuant to Section H14.32) with any of the following User Roles is eligible to undertake Migration DUST in the relevant User Role: (a) Import Supplier; (b) Gas Supplier; (c) Electricity Distributor; or (d) Gas Transporter.

  • Import Supplier has the meaning given to it in the Smart Energy Code.

  • Similarly, where a common Outstation is being utilised for the Import and Export Energy the Export Supplier (or the Primary Export Supplier, as the case maybe) shall liaise with the Import Supplier (or Primary Import Supplier, as the case may be) and appoint the same HHDC.

  • Import Supplier shall maintain in effect such insurance during the entire term of the applicable contract with CVS Health Corporation or any designee, and for not less than twelve (12) months for product in Category I – III and not less than thirty-six (36) months for product in Category IV and above after the last date that any product is supplied to CVS Health Corporation or any designee.

  • Where there is an Import Supplier and an Export Supplier the obligation rests with the Export Supplier to appoint the same MOA as the Import Supplier.

Related to Import Supplier

  • Third Party Supplier means a third party manufacturer and/or licensor of Products.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Relevant Supplier shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Replacement Supplier means any third party provider of Replacement Goods and/or Services appointed by or at the direction of the Authority from time to time;

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.
