Import Laws definition

Import Laws means the laws and regulations of applicable jurisdictions governing the import of merchandise, including those administered by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection under Title 19 of the U.S. Code and Title 19 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Import Laws means all applicable Laws relating to customs and imports administered by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any other applicable import authority.
Import Laws means all Laws related to the import of merchandise and duties applied upon the import of merchandise, such as antidumping and countervailing duties, as well as related special programs administered by relevant customs and tax authorities, such as maquiladora programs, implemented and administered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Department of Commerce, and similar relevant Governmental Authorities in other applicable jurisdictions.

Chapter I, and the customs laws and regulations of other jurisdictions into which the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates may import merchandise, including any and all supply chain-related laws such as the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.
