Import Factor definition

Import Factor means, with respect to a particular Receivable, the factor with whom you have an interfactor agreement pursuant to which such factor has agreed to collect the Receivable and/or to assume the Credit Risk.
Import Factor means an entity providing Factoring Services and assuming an undertaking to pay the sum of the Receivable to Factor for the shipping of merchandise or the rendition of services to or at the country in which it is located or another country.
Import Factor. The factor, with respect to a particular Export Account, with whom ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has an interfactor agreement pursuant to which such factor has agreed to collect the Export Account and/or to assume the Credit Risk.

  • Import Factor Approvals and the subsequent assumption by Import Factors of credit risk on FCI Receivables is contingent upon your compliance with the terms and provisions of the GRIF.

  • No discounts, credits or allowances will be issued, granted or allowed by Client to Buyers and no returns will be accepted without ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ prior written consent; provided, however, that with respect to Export Accounts that have not been assigned to an Import Factor, until notified to the contrary, Client may presume ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ consent.

  • This Agreement contains all the matters agreed between the parties in relation to the receivables included by Article 3 of the GRIF and all agreements, warranties, representations and other statements made by the Import Factor or the Export Factor to the other before the making of this Agreement and the reliance on any usages or practices are excluded unless otherwise referred to herein.

  • Neither you nor the Import Factor, as attorney-in-fact, shall be liable for any errors of judgment or mistake of fact.

  • The services to be performed by each party as an Import Factor shall be rendered with respect to all the receivables of each supplier designated by the parties from time to time.

  • We hereby appoint you and the Import Factor, jointly and severally, as our attorneys-in-fact to receive, open, and dispose of all mail addressed to us pertaining to Receivables; to endorse our name upon any notes, acceptances, checks, drafts, money orders, and other evidences of payment of Receivables that may come into your possession and to deposit or otherwise collect the same; and to do all other acts and things necessary to carry out the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Import Factor

  • Load factor means the percentage of aircraft seats actually occupied on a flight (RPMs divided by ASMs). “NMB” means the National Mediation Board.

  • Adjustment Factor means, with respect to a share of the Fund (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of the Fund.   • Discount Factor means the percentage discount applied to additional APCs when more than one APC is provided during the same visit (including the same APC provided more than once). Not all APCs are subject to a discount factor.

  • Limited Indexation Factor means, in respect of a Limited Indexation Month or Limited Indexation Date, as the case may be, the ratio of the Index Figure applicable to that month or date, as the case may be, divided by the Index Figure applicable to the month or date, as the case may be, twelve months prior thereto, provided that (a) if such ratio is greater than the Maximum Indexation Factor specified in the relevant Final Terms, it shall be deemed to be equal to such Maximum Indexation Factor and (b) if such ratio is less than the Minimum Indexation Factor specified in the relevant Final Terms, it shall be deemed to be equal to such Minimum Indexation Factor;

  • Fit factor means a quantitative estimate of the fit of a particular respirator to a specific individual, and typically estimates the ratio of the concentration of a substance in ambient air to its concentration inside the respirator when worn.
