Import/Entry. Trader: As the trader who lodges the notification or declaration in the „Import/Entry” country that contains the Import data and also includes the Customs UCR. The CMA UB process choreographs the exchange of information between these roles. The agreement between Countries must at least specify the role of the „Export/Exit” country and one of the two other Country roles. The assignment of the remaining Country role is optional. The trader roles are included in order to illustrate the end-to- end process. However, it must be noted that the first pillar of the GNC only covers Customs-to-Customs interactions. BUSINESS RULES LAYER Comprises a number of detailed rules concerning the following:  Contact points between Countries;  Requirements for: 1 The lodgement of the declaration by the trader can also mean the lodgement of the declaration on behalf of the trader, throughout the document o the trader (only the triggering events); o implications for customs transaction systems in both Countries; o implications for risk analysis systems in both Countries; o the definition of data sets and their format – which follows the latest version of the WCO Data Model; o the nature and frequency of data exchange monitoring and statistical requirements.  A unique reference number must be used to identify the movement of a consignment of goods (Customs UCR) which must be recognised by all the IT systems of the Countries that are involved in the process. DATA CLUSTER LAYER This UB relies on the usage of the mutually recognised Customs UCR2 and is based on variations of the export declaration data as described below:  The minimum identification data to be exchanged for the UB to work;  The minimum business data for the UB to fulfil its core purpose;  The customisable data that is available for Countries to define depending on the needs of their particular agreement. The detailed, associated rules, supporting codes and dictionary are leveraged from the latest version of the WCO Data Model. TRIGGER LAYER This UB is triggered by a movement of goods under the export procedure and choreographs the interactions between stakeholders as below. Whether or not, all the interactions listed below form part of the complete process of the UB is dependent on the particular agreement between each of the Countries.   • Transient merchant means any person, firm, or corporation who engages in a temporary or itinerant merchandising business, intending to remain in business in the City of Waverly for less than one year, and in the course of such business hires, leases, or occupies any building or structure whatsoever or who operates out of a vehicle which is parked anywhere within the City limits. Temporary association with a local merchant, dealer, trader, or auctioneer, or conduct of such transient business in connection with, as a part of, or in the name of any local merchant, dealer, trader, or auctioneer shall not exempt any person, firm, or corporation from being considered a transient merchant.

  • Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.

  • Tobacco use means any use of tobacco products within the past two months. Tobacco use, however, does not include the religious or ceremonial use of tobacco.

  • Retail marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Tobacco paraphernalia means any item designed or marketed for the consumption, use, or preparation of Tobacco Products.
