Implicit Power Exchange definition

Implicit Power Exchange means the power exchange on which the Allocation Platform makes Transmission Rights available to market parties through Implicit Auctions;
Implicit Power Exchange means the power exchange on which BritNed makes Interconnector Capacity available to market parties through Implicit Auctions;
Implicit Power Exchange means the power exchange on which the Allocation Platform makes Interconnector Capacity available to market parties through Implicit Auctions;

  • Power Exchange means any exchange operating as the power exchange for electricity in terms of the orders issued by the Central Commission;

  • Market power means the ability to impose on customers a sustained price for a product or service above the price that would prevail in a competitive market.

  • net power means the power obtained on a test bench at the end of the crankshaft or its equivalent at the corresponding engine or motor speed with the auxiliaries, tested in accordance with Annex XX (Measurements of net power and the maximum 30 minutes power of electric drive train), and determined under reference atmospheric conditions;

  • Day-ahead Energy Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.

  • Bloomberg Screen SOFRRATE Page means the Bloomberg screen designated “SOFRRATE” or any successor page or service;

  • Power boiler means a boiler in which steam or other vapor is generated at a pressure of more than 15 psig for use external to itself or a boiler in which water is heated and intended for operation at pressures in excess of 160 psig and/or temperatures in excess of 250 degrees F by the direct application of energy from the combustion of fuels or from electricity, solar or nuclear energy.

  • relevant power means any power, whether exercisable by voting or otherwise and whether excisable alone or in association with others-

  • Capacity Market Buyer means a Member that submits bids to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.

  • National Exchange means the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Capital Market, or the New York Stock Exchange.

  • Solar Power means power generated from the Solar Photovoltaic Power Project;

  • Bloomberg Screen GCAN5YR Page means the display designated as page “GCAN5YR<INDEX>” on the Bloomberg Financial L.P. service (or such other page as may replace the GCAN5YR page on that service) for purposes of displaying Government of Canada bond yields.

  • Real-time Energy Market means the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges for quantity deviations from the Day-ahead Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Power Station means the generating station as described in Recital A or a Unit thereof, and shall include the Dedicated Transmission System, Project Assets, Project Facilities;

  • Internal Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for ultimate consumption by end-users inside the PJM Region that are served by Network Transmission Service.

  • maximum net power means the highest value of the net power on the nominal full-load power curve for the engine type;

  • Farmers market means a marketplace which operates seasonally, principally as a common market for Iowa-produced farm products on a retail basis for consumption elsewhere.

  • Write-Down and Conversion Powers means, with respect to any EEA Resolution Authority, the write-down and conversion powers of such EEA Resolution Authority from time to time under the Bail-In Legislation for the applicable EEA Member Country, which write-down and conversion powers are described in the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule.

  • Station Power means energy used for operating the electric equipment on the site of a generation facility located in the PJM Region or for the heating, lighting, air-conditioning and office equipment needs of buildings on the site of such a generation facility that are used in the operation, maintenance, or repair of the facility. Station Power does not include any energy (i) used to power synchronous condensers; (ii) used for pumping at a pumped storage facility; (iii) used in association with restoration or black start service; or (iv) that is Direct Charging Energy.

  • Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere. Generation Capacity Resource:

  • Federal Power Act means the Federal Power Act, as amended, 16 U.S.C. §§ 791a, et seq. FERC or Commission:

  • Reference Exchange means XETRA.

  • Central Bank Rate has the meaning given to that term in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Open Market Purchase shall have the meaning specified in Section 2(I)

  • Free Exchange means an exchange of a Commission Share of one Fund for a Commission Share of another Fund under circumstances where the CDSC which would have been payable in respect of a redemption of the exchanged Commission Share on the date of such exchange is waived and the Commission Share issued in such exchange is treated as a continuation of the investment in the Commission Share exchanged for purposes of determining the CDSC payable if such Commission Share issued in the exchange is thereafter redeemed.

  • Bloomberg means Bloomberg Financial Markets.

  • Treasury Index Rate means the average yield to maturity for actively traded marketable fixed interest rate U.S. Treasury Securities having the same number of 30-day periods to maturity as the length of the applicable Dividend Period, determined, to the extent necessary, by linear interpolation based upon the yield for such securities having the next shorter and next longer number of 30-day periods to maturity treating all Dividend Periods with a length greater than the longest maturity for such securities as having a length equal to such longest maturity, in all cases based upon data set forth in the most recent weekly statistical release published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (currently in H.15(519)); provided, however, if the most recent such statistical release shall not have been published during the 15 days preceding the date of computation, the foregoing computations shall be based upon the average of comparable data as quoted to the Corporation by at least three recognized dealers in U.S. Government Securities selected by the Corporation.
