Implementing Unit definition

Implementing Unit means a unit established and maintained by the Recipient at the central level in each of the MOE’s departments of finance, teacher training, planning and cooperation, non-formal education, department of primary and pre-primary education, Strategic Research and Education Analysis Center, Education Statistics and Information Technology Center, and the NUOL, for the purpose of providing and coordinating the input of each respective entity into the implementation of the Program, and in accordance with the provisions of Section I.A.2(c) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Implementing Unit means a unit established and maintained by the Recipient at the central level in each of the Recipient’s Ministry of Education’s departments of finance, teacher training, planning and cooperation, non-formal education, department of primary and pre-primary education, Strategic Research and Education Analysis Center, Education Statistics and Information Technology Center, and the NUOL, for the purpose of providing and coordinating the input of each respective entity into the implementation of the Project, and in accordance with the provisions of Section I.A.2(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Implementing Unit means a unit established and maintained by the Borrower at the central level in each of the Borrower’s Ministry of Education’s Departments of Finance, Teacher Training, Planning and Cooperation, Non-formal Education, the National Research Institute for Educational Sciences, Department of General Education, Department of Personnel and the National University of Lao PDR, for the purpose of providing and coordinating the input of each respective entity into the implementation of the Project, and in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 (b) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Implementing Unit and “IU” mean the unit established within the Project Implementing Entity and operating pursuant to arrêté interministériel Nr. 14 of November 27, 2007.

Related to Implementing Unit

  • Implementing Partner or “IP” means [full name of Implementing Partner, followed by address].

  • CRD IV Implementing Measures means any regulatory capital rules or regulations or other requirements, which are applicable to the Issuer and which prescribe (alone or in conjunction with any other rules, regulations or other requirements) the requirements to be fulfilled by financial instruments for their inclusion in the regulatory capital of the Issuer (on a non-consolidated or consolidated basis) to the extent required by the CRD IV Directive or the CRR, including for the avoidance of doubt and without limitation any regulatory technical standards released from time to time by the European Banking Authority (or any successor or replacement thereof);

  • Implementing Entity means the [Implementing Entity] that is the party to this Agreement and the recipient of the Grant;

  • Implementing Regulation means this Regulation;

  • Project Implementing Entity means a legal entity (other than the Recipient or the Guarantor): (a) that is responsible for implementing all or a part of the Project; and (b) which is a party to the Project Agreement. If the Bank enters into a Project Agreement with more than one such entity, “Project Implementing Entity” refers separately to each such entity.

  • Project Implementing Entity’s Legislation means the Charter of the Municipal Development Fund established pursuant to Decree No. 118 of the Government of Georgia dated July 23, 2005, as amended to date.

  • Implementing Authority means the Municipal Manager or his or her nominee, acting in terms of section 100 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000.

  • Implementing Agency means the "Division of Waste Management."

  • Supportive measures means individualized services that are offered to the complainant or the respondent designed to restore or preserve equal access to the District’s education program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party. The supportive measures must be non-disciplinary and non-punitive in nature; offered before or after the filing of a formal complaint or where no formal complaint has been filed; and offered to either party as appropriate, as reasonably available, and without fee or charge. Examples of supportive measures include, but are not limited to: measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the District’s educational environment, or deter sexual harassment; counseling; extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments; modifications of work or class schedules; campus escort services; mutual restrictions on contact between the parties; changes in work or class locations; leaves of absence; and increased security and monitoring of certain areas of the campus.

  • Non-Regulatory Opportunity Cost means the difference between (a) the forecasted cost to operate a specific generating unit when the unit only has a limited number of starts or available run hours resulting from (i) the physical equipment limitations of the unit, for up to one year, due to original equipment manufacturer recommendations or insurance carrier restrictions, (ii) a fuel supply limitation, for up to one year, resulting from an event of Catastrophic Force Majeure; and,

  • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place,” “stay at home,” workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure, sequester or any other Law, directive, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Authority (including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization) in each case in connection with, related to or in response to COVID-19, including the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) or any changes thereto.

  • Parenting plan means a written plan describing each parent's rights and responsibilities.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
