Implementing Order definition

Implementing Order or “IO” means the established legislation or policies that fall under the Board of County Commissioners’ authority.
Implementing Order. The Implementing Order shall mean the Order entered by the Court: (i) effectuating the settlement; (ii) approving the Notice and Claim forms and, (iii) directing the manner and timing of publishing the Notice to the Class.
Implementing Order or “IO” means the implementing order developed by the Mayor or Mayor’s designee and approved by the Board of County Commissioners (the “Board”) to give effect to the provisions of this Section.
