Implementing Letter definition

Implementing Letter means an executed letter in the format as provided in the Schedule 2 attached hereto, which shall provide a record of a Data and/or Material transfer between two or more Parties to this Agreement;
Implementing Letter means the letter in substantially the same form as that found in Appendix 4, which will serve as a written record of each Data transfer from an Institution/Provider to another (Lead Institution/Recipient), made pursuant to this Agreement. The Implementing Letter will be considered a record of the agreement between Provider and Recipient in respect of the specific transfer(s) of Data, as applicable. For clarity, the Implementing Letter is replacing the need of data transfer agreements between the Consortium Members, and shall override the terms of this Agreement in the event of any inconsistency.

Examples of Implementing Letter in a sentence

  • PROVIDER SCIENTIST: Individual representing the PROVIDER ORGANISATION, responsible for transferring the ORIGINAL MATERIAL; the name and address of this person will also be specified in the Implementing Letter.

  • The ORIGINAL MATERIAL specified in the attached Implementing Letter is the property of the PROVIDER, and is, from time to time, made available as a service to the research community.

  • The name and address of this party will be specified in an Implementing Letter.

  • RECIPIENT ORGANISATION: Organisation receiving the ORIGINAL MATERIAL; the name and address of the organization stated herein and will also be s specified in the Implementing Letter.

  • PROVIDER ORGANISATION: Organization providing the ORIGINAL MATERIAL; the name and address of this party stated herein and will also be specified in the Implementing Letter.

  • This Implementing Letter is effective when signed by all parties.

  • The parties executing this Implementing Letter certify that their respective organizations have accepted and signed a modified copy of the UBMTA, and further agree to be bound by its terms, for the transfer specified above.

  • If a fee is requested by the PROVIDER, the amount will be indicated in the Implementing Letter.

  • In the case of this Agreement involving a foreign counterpart, before signing the Implementing Letter of Agreement (▇▇▇), the concerned research institutions in the PROVIDER country, in this case, the United Republic of Tanzania, should access information from the National Research Registry formed under the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) Act No 7 of 1986, (and amended in 2000), 3rd Schedule, to determine whether the foreign researcher had obtained a research permit.

  • Researchers representing Parties to this Umbrella DMTA and who intend to share Data and/or Materials under specific projects should complete ONLY the Implementing Letter template for each new project.
