Implementing Arrangement definition

Implementing Arrangement means the Implementing Arrangement Pursuant to the Treaty between the Government of the United States of America and the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland concerning Defense Trade Cooperation signed on February 14, 2008.
Implementing Arrangement means a written document that evidences the arrangements for the implementation or operation of a Cooperative Activity under this Agreement between the Cooperating Organisations.
Implementing Arrangement means arrangement(s) done between the Procuring Participants which sets the provisions for a specific Joint Procurement.

  • The competent authorities of the Parties are the authorities competent in the Parties for the implementation of the measures referred to in this Chapter, as identified in Implementing Arrangement: Chapter 7 A.

  • Where in the case of products subject to sanitary or phytosanitary measures, there is non-conformity with the relevant standards and/or requirements, the importing Party shall notify the exporting Party as soon as possible of the non-conformity as set out in Implementing Arrangement 7.

  • The guarantees for specific diseases and pests shall be specified in Implementing Arrangement 4.
